Below are the forms for both Pam's School of Swim, and Lifeguard For Hire. Payment information is labeled below and on the registration forms.
**Last minute requests for lifeguards (under 2 calendar days), is an additional $50 rush fee.

Please fill out both registration and consent forms. Note, the one-time annual fee prior to lessons starting.

Classes are organized by swim sessions set by Ms. Pam
Classes are done by swim sessions of 6 - 8 weeks long; Length of class is 30 minute, with an option of 1-5 X per week. Note: ***Make ups are not guaranteed, and at the discretion of Ms. Pam with advanced notice***
Group & Little Seahorse Lessons (parent and child class)
$25 / class
3 in group; up to 8 in a Little Seahorse class
Semi-private Lessons
$38 / class
only 2 in a class
Private Lessons
$75/ class
Most adults will need private lessons.
Payment options
Lifeguard for Hire Information - 2 hour minimum per event
Last minute requests for lifeguards (under 2 calendar days) is an additional $50 rush fee.

1 Hour of organized games

Lifeguard organizes 1 hour of pool games, cost is over and above lifeguard rate
